Filmee AI - IFFK Expert (“the App”) is developed and operated by Noafo Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile and web-based AI assistant for the International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and this Privacy Policy.
We collect only the minimum information required to provide login, personalization, and AI-based responses.
We do not collect photos, contacts, SMS, location, or any sensitive personal data.
The app uses the microphone only for speech-to-text, allowing users to speak questions instead of typing. No audio is stored on the device or the server. No raw audio is uploaded; only the converted text is sent to the backend. Microphone access is used only when the user taps the microphone icon.
You can deny microphone permission and still use the app with full functionality except voice input.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or behavioral tracking.
User details (name, mobile number, email) and login timestamps are securely stored on our servers hosted in AWS. No payment details are stored. No third parties have access to user data. Access is restricted to authorized systems only. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 11).
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties except as required by law (e.g., court order or government request).
The App uses an AI-powered backend to generate responses from a curated knowledge base related to IFFK. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, AI responses may sometimes be incomplete, approximate, or incorrect. Users should cross-verify important information from official IFFK sources. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from children.
We retain your name, mobile number, and login logs only as long as required for account identification and app functioning. You may request deletion of your data (see Section 11).
We take appropriate measures to protect your data including HTTPS encrypted communication, restricted backend access, server-side validation, and protection against unauthorized access. No system is 100% secure; you use the App at your own risk.
